Description
Currently, the usual east end exit from Warm Springs Canyon road is blocked at West Side Road. Unless conditions change, we will need to go in and out through Golar Wash.
I would like to find a place somewhere around Striped Butte to camp (That's the spot on the map). If this becomes an out and back trip, we might spend 2 nights camping in the same location. Extra gas is recommened, in case we decide to investigate some of the spurs.
I think that this trail rates a 2+. Bruce thinks it might be harder than I remember. I have done it in my Tacoma, and in an Exterra befor that. But, it has been a long time, and trails do change.
I will make more updates as we get closer.
